Malin has an academic background in economics, marketing and management. Extensive experience in accounting, payroll and HR as well as recruitment in both the service sector and the motor industry. In recent years, she has worked as a recruitment specialist in the service market as well as with staff leasing from both the civil service and collective side. Certified in the personality test MPA – Master Person Analysis which is based on the Big Five theory and in CORE – capacity test, based on the G-factor theory.
