Leadership development
Leadership is the ability of an individual to influence, motivate and enable others to contribute to the effectiveness and success of an organization.
Your leadership consists of your managerial behavior, the relationship with your employees, responsibility in the leadership role, and how you motivate and inspire in the workplace. The goal is for you as a leader to help your employees achieve their goals, both personal and organizational.
Whether you are new to your leadership role and need basic leadership tools or you are experienced and want to improve. We train you in what you need to become even better at, for example; feedback, coaching approach, goal management, delegation and change management.

Personalized coaching
Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires leaders to maximize their personal and professional potential. Through your own coach, you help yourself to develop and take on new challenges every day.
Our coaching programs help you with your own development, personal growth, goal achievement, performance improvement and learning. You as a leader and your development are always in focus. You are the most important person in your life. Everything starts with you and ends with you!
We work with your strengths and development needs in a safe and respectful way. The programs include 5 – 10 face-to-face meetings of 1.5 hours each over 4 – 8 months and training tasks after each meeting. The program includes training material with reflections, self-analysis and exercises adapted to the leader’s challenges and desire to develop their leadership skills.
We train what you need to train to feel competent and creative in your role. You will receive coaching tools, support and follow-up to help you stay focused on your goals in everyday life.

Marie Berglund Kasselbäck
Marie Berglund Kasselbäck is a senior leadership developer, behavioral scientist, drama teacher and certified Coach ACC, ICF.
Marie started her consulting career in 1997 and has since then run development programs in almost all industries and with a focus on leadership, coaching, communication and personal development. Marie also has extensive experience in various management positions such as Business Area Manager, Regional Manager and CEO.
