Personality tests
Personality test MPA - Master Person Analysis
The MPA is a quasi-ipsative personality test that measures nine basic characteristics related to work behavior. The test is based on the 5-factor model / Big Five theory. This is the strongest and most established theory for measuring personality traits. The Big 5 theory is very well suited for mapping individuals’ behavior and predicting their future career success. MPA is therefore suitable for use at all levels of the organization. The results are presented in a feedback report describing the test person’s personal profile and the nine basic characteristics. The quasi-ipsative format, i.e. The fact that the test person is forced to prioritize his or her answers reduces the risk of embellishment. In the tool, we build the job criteria to ensure good job matching.
Skills and logic tests
CORE skills test
CORE is a cognitive test based on the theory of g-factor. The CORE capability test assesses logical analytical thinking skills and predicts potential. CORE is a non-verbal test designed to assess general mental ability (GMA). GMA is the level at which an individual understands, reasons, learns and solves problems. GMA predicts various occupational outcomes, including performance, work performance, speed and learning. CORE measures GMA with logic patterns (also called matrices), a question format known to measure GMA best. CORE is intended to be applied for assessment as part of selection and screening in recruitment processes.
