Amanda has an academic education in business administration and HR with specialization in labor law, leadership and organization through a bachelor’s degree from the University of Skövde. Amanda also has experience of recruitment in IT as she previously worked as a Talent Sourcer in the IT industry. Certified in the personality test MPA – Master Person Analysis which is based on the Big Five theory and in the CORE capacity test based on the G-factor theory.
