Susanna Haglund has an academic background in HR, labor law and behavioral science with a bachelor’s degree from Stockholm University. Many years of experience in human resources in many different industries but specializes in the automotive industry, where she worked for several years as responsible for the area of executive recruitment of senior management positions and specialists. Susanna is certified and trained in several testing tools such as OPQ and MPA – personality tests, MQ – motivation tests as well as Verify and CORE, logic and skills tests.
