Dennis has an academic education in human resources and working life through a bachelor’s degree from Linnaeus University. An education focused on behavioral sciences with the main fields of psychology, sociology, pedagogy and law. During his training, Dennis did an internship in an HR department, where he gained extensive insight into a range of HR tasks including recruitment, health and safety issues, diversity initiatives and labor law.
