Catrin has an academic background in HR, labor law and behavioral science with a bachelor’s degree from Stockholm University. Many years of experience in human resources management in several industries. Specialized in the motor industry and in banking, finance and leasing. Solid experience in staffing from both the civil service and collective side. Certified in the personality test MPA – Master Person Analysis which is based on the Big Five theory and in CORE – capacity test, based on the G-factor theory.
