Frida has an academic education in HR with a specialization in sociology through a bachelor’s degree from Södertörn University. She also has a couple of years of experience in recruitment, mainly in IT and technology, having previously worked as a recruitment assistant. Certified in the personality test MPA – Master Person Analysis which is based on the Big Five theory and in CORE – capacity test, based on the G-factor theory.
